Day Two: Favourite Female Character

To make it fair and to be honest I can’t decide my favourite anyway I’m just going to do the same with the ladies as I did with the men.

Teddy Altman

I didn’t really like the Teddy that first appeared on Grey’s, but then as I got to know the character and she finally got over Owen I started to warm up to her. She became a very funny character in the end and to  be honest I really miss her. I wish it was Owen that went instead of her as I liked her relationship with Cristina more that I did Cristina and Owen. I also loved the friendship that Teddy had with Arizona and Callie too.

Arizona Robbins

With Arizona, I liked the Arizona before the plane crash. Not that I don’t like her now, she’s just not herself at the moment. I just love her passion for Pediatrics and how the makers of the tiny humans get mad when somebody does something wrong. I also like the friendship she has with Alex. She’s more of an older sister to Alex, who’s kind of the brother that Arizona lost. I really do like their friendship, it’s cute.

Meredith Grey

You don’t understand how the dark and twisty Meredith reminded me of myself. And you don’t understand how, when I’m older I want to become the Meredith that she is now, with her McDreamy, McBaby and McFamily. This is weird, but I’m completely obsessed with Meredith’s [Ellen Pompeo’s] voice. It’s not annoying and really cute, just like she is anyway. I also have so much respect for Meredith. With her mother and father not being around to support her or love and care for her, Meredith is twice the parent that her parents weren’t. She learnt from her mother in a completely different way to how many other people learn from their parents and became something good for their child. That’s exactly what I have learnt from my mother and I will treat my children so differently to how my own mum has brought me up.
